The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) is employed to obtain multi-criteria Pareto-optimal solutions, which allows system designers to easily make a reasonable trade-off choice from the set of non-dominated solutions according to their preferences and system requirements. As a case study, a cluster-based satellite sensing network is simulated under multiple objectives. Most importantly, this paper also presents the application of our newly designed adaptive MEMS antennas together with the NSGA-II to the multiobjective optimal design of space-based reconfigurable sensor networks."}],"month":"08","type":"conference","author":[{"last_name":"Yang","full_name":"Yang, Erfu","first_name":"Erfu"},{"first_name":"Nakul","last_name":"Haridas","full_name":"Haridas, Nakul"},{"last_name":"El Rayis","first_name":"Ahmed","full_name":"El-Rayis, Ahmed O"},{"last_name":"Erdogan","first_name":"Ahmet","full_name":"Erdogan, Ahmet T"},{"last_name":"Arslan","full_name":"Arslan, Tughrul","first_name":"Tughrul"},{"first_name":"Nicholas H","full_name":"Nicholas Barton","last_name":"Barton","orcid":"0000-0002-8548-5240","id":"4880FE40-F248-11E8-B48F-1D18A9856A87"}],"doi":"10.1109/AHS.2007.76","date_updated":"2021-01-12T07:44:35Z","publist_id":"2782","day":"20"}
