However, our understanding of the genetic mechanisms underlying various aspects of their reproductive biology, including sex determination, are still lacking. This is partly due to the scarcity of genomic resources for Artemia species and crustaceans in general. Here, we present a chromosome-level genome assembly of Artemia franciscana (Kellogg 1906), from the Great Salt Lake, USA. The genome is 1GB, and the majority of the genome (81%) is scaffolded into 21 linkage groups using a previously published high-density linkage map. We performed coverage and FST analyses using male and female genomic and transcriptomic reads to quantify the extent of differentiation between the Z and W chromosomes. Additionally, we quantified the expression levels in male and female heads and gonads and found further evidence for dosage compensation in this species.","lang":"eng"}],"file_date_updated":"2023-12-22T14:14:06Z"},{"abstract":[{"lang":"eng","text":"in the research article \"Efficiency and resilience of cooperation in asymmetric social dilemmas\" (by Valentin Hübner, Manuel Staab, Christian Hilbe, Krishnendu Chatterjee, and Maria Kleshnina).\r\n\r\nWe used different implementations for the case of two and three players, both described below."}],"type":"research_data_reference","related_material":{"record":[{"relation":"used_in_publication","status":"public","id":"15083"}]},"author":[{"last_name":"Hübner","first_name":"Valentin","id":"2c8aa207-dc7d-11ea-9b2f-f22972ecd910","full_name":"Hübner, Valentin"},{"last_name":"Kleshnina","first_name":"Maria","full_name":"Kleshnina, Maria"}],"oa_version":"Published Version","date_created":"2024-03-12T13:02:58Z","date_updated":"2024-03-12T13:29:26Z","user_id":"2DF688A6-F248-11E8-B48F-1D18A9856A87","_id":"15108","year":"2024","publisher":"Zenodo","department":[{"_id":"KrCh"}],"ddc":["000"],"title":"Computer code for \"Efficiency and resilience of cooperation in asymmetric social dilemmas\"","status":"public","has_accepted_license":"1","article_processing_charge":"No","day":"09","month":"02","date_published":"2024-02-09T00:00:00Z","doi":"10.5281/ZENODO.10639167","oa":1,"tmp":{"name":"Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License (CC-BY 4.0)","legal_code_url":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode","short":"CC BY (4.0)","image":"/images/cc_by.png"},"citation":{"chicago":"Hübner, Valentin, and Maria Kleshnina. “Computer Code for ‘Efficiency and Resilience of Cooperation in Asymmetric Social Dilemmas.’” Zenodo, 2024. https://doi.org/10.5281/ZENODO.10639167.","short":"V. Our aim is to provide a testbed for the newcomers to the field as well as a stepping stone for trying out novel optimizations and approximations. This userguide consists of a description of the algorithm, and several examples in varying orders of sophistication. In particular, we exemplify our routine using an effective-interaction approach that fixes the low-energy physics. We benchmark this approach against the existing data, and show that it is able to deliver state-of-the-art numerical results at a significantly reduced computational cost.","lang":"eng"}]},{"type":"research_data","file_date_updated":"2023-04-14T09:39:58Z","abstract":[{"text":"Disulfide bond formation is fundamentally important for protein structure, and constitutes a key mechanism by which cells regulate the intracellular oxidation state. Peroxiredoxins (PRDXs) eliminate reactive oxygen species such as hydrogen peroxide through a catalytic cycle of Cys oxidation and reduction. Additionally, upon Cys oxidation PRDXs undergo extensive conformational rearrangements that may underlie their presently structurally poorly defined functions as molecular chaperones. Rearrangements include high molecular-weight oligomerization, the dynamics of which are, however, poorly understood, as is the impact of disulfide bond formation on these properties. Here we show that formation of disulfide bonds along the catalytic cycle induces extensive microsecond time scale dynamics, as monitored by magic-angle spinning NMR of the 216 kDa-large Tsa1 decameric assembly and solution-NMR of a designed dimeric mutant. We ascribe the conformational dynamics to structural frustration, resulting from conflicts between the disulfide-constrained reduction of mobility and the desire to fulfil other favorable contacts. \r\n\r\nThis data repository contains NMR data presented in the associated manuscript","lang":"eng"}],"license":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/","user_id":"2DF688A6-F248-11E8-B48F-1D18A9856A87","_id":"12820","year":"2023","title":"Research data of the publication \"Disulfide-bond-induced structural frustration and dynamic disorder in a peroxiredoxin from MAS NMR\"","status":"public","ddc":["570"],"publisher":"Institute of Science and Technology Austria","department":[{"_id":"PaSc"}],"author":[{"full_name":"Schanda, Paul","orcid":"0000-0002-9350-7606","id":"7B541462-FAF6-11E9-A490-E8DFE5697425","last_name":"Schanda","first_name":"Paul"}],"contributor":[{"contributor_type":"researcher","last_name":"Troussicot","first_name":"Laura"},{"first_name":"Björn M.","last_name":"Burmann","contributor_type":"researcher"}],"related_material":{"record":[{"status":"public","relation":"used_in_publication","id":"13095"}]},"date_updated":"2023-08-01T14:48:08Z","date_created":"2023-04-10T05:55:56Z","file":[{"creator":"pschanda","file_size":54184807,"content_type":"application/zip","file_name":"data_deposition.zip","access_level":"open_access","date_updated":"2023-04-14T09:39:33Z","date_created":"2023-04-14T09:39:33Z","success":1,"checksum":"54a619605e44c871214fb0e07b05c6bf","file_id":"12823","relation":"main_file"},{"date_updated":"2023-04-14T09:39:58Z","date_created":"2023-04-14T09:39:58Z","success":1,"checksum":"8dede9fc78399d13144eb05c62bf5750","file_id":"12824","relation":"main_file","creator":"pschanda","content_type":"application/octet-stream","file_size":4978,"file_name":"README","access_level":"open_access"}],"oa_version":"Published Version","day":"18","month":"04","has_accepted_license":"1","article_processing_charge":"No","citation":{"ieee":"P.
