Deposited file contains genetic sequences of plasmids corresponding to the article "Local genetic context shapes the function of a gene regulatory network" by Nagy-Staroń, Tomasek, Caruso Carter, Sonnleitner, Kavčič, Paixão, and Guet.

Genetic sequences were created and curated in Geneious 6.1.8 (Biomatters Ltd). Sequences are annotated. Compatibility with other sequence-analysis/visualization software is not guaranteed. We chose broadly accepted GeneBank format (.gb) to facilitate compatibility.
